The Council Regulations

In its activities, the Council shall be guided primarily by Biblical principles and its Regulations, as well as by the laws of Washington State, the U.S. Constitution, other U.S. laws, and international treaties concluded between the United States and Ukraine.

The Council shall be independent of any political party.

The Council shall base its work on the principles of equality and equity, respecting each member's internal guidelines and traditions. The Council does not interfere in the internal affairs of churches and religious communities.

The Council operates through self-financing and on-purpose contributions from Council members established by the Council, grant projects, and donations provided by the laws of Washington State and the United States.
